Church Point in Virginia Beach

Thinking of moving to a great neighborhood in Virginia Beach? Church Point is a beautiful community on the Lynnhaven River within a short distance of the beaches and the new Virginia Beach Towne Center.

The Church Point neighborhood is full of history and interesting facts. One of the great sites is The Adam Thoroughgood House, built near 1680 and later restored in 1957. In 1960, The Adam Thoroughgood House became a National Historic Landmark.

The homes of Church Point were constructed in the late 1990′s through the early 2000′s, which average approximately 3100 square feet, so you can plan on not having much to upgrade in homes of this standard.

Do you like to be active in your community? Church Point offers a Garden Club, Landscape Committee, a Social Committee, and a variety of other committees to join if you like to stay active in your community.
