Why did I get into real estate?
I got into real estate because after 22 years in the military, I thought of transitioning to civilian life with a job that offers more freedom from the usual 8-hour work and being less concerned of a regular paycheck. Loving what I do and valued based on my effort matter.

What do I love about working in real estate?
It is in being a Professional Real Estate Agent that I am able to blend my 22 years of experience in the military and training in engineering. The kind of discipline, reliability, consistency and persistence as well as my sense of military fairness and self-regulation adds up to my technical savvy in engineering. In real estate work, clients consider the Real Estate Agent as “expert”; they rely on their agent’s knowledge about the properties that they are interested in. Without my clients knowing about my background, they would often tell me about how they appreciate my logical thinking and attention to details.

I also love it that real estate work allows me to set my own hours. The flexibility it offers excites me as it translates to freedom to do things my way. It also provides me the opportunity to really shine and use my skills to help others find their dream homes.

What is my best real estate experience?
I consider wearing multiple hats my best real estate experience. The work is never boring. I’ve been a financial coach, a plumber, an electrician, a gardener, even a life coach. I basically fill the needs of my clients at times, to make buying a home easy for them. And of course, earn comfortable commissions
