I bought my first house in 1995 while working as a chef in the restaurant business. Being my first house, I opted for a HUD home. Of course, it needed some fixing up, so I remodeled it and was quite pleased with my work. However, eight months into living there, I realized just what the house was worth. I’m not a dummy, so I sold it! I have been doing real estate and flipping houses ever since.

I have lived in Chic’s Beach for 45 years, I don’t plan on leaving Chic’s Beach anytime soon. I love the beach. I surf whenever I can, take out the boat, and enjoy walking MY dogs along the beach. I can honestly say, I’m experienced in beach real estate, especially around Chic’s Beach.

In addition to real estate, I also operate a small home inspection business, Keff-Spec, Inc. So, I can honestly say that I am qualified to be your real estate agent as well as help you to identify potential problems in a home you are listing or buying.
